At an event organized by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, a number of participants were awarded for their outstanding contributions. Minister Muxtar Babayev personally presented the “Best Partner” award to Fərid Mustafayev, the founder and director of “F-Holding” LLC. Both parties highly appreciated their joint activities up to this point. The collaboration between the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and “F-Holding” LLC is based on a memorandum of agreement aimed at supporting measures to create a high-quality ecological environment in Azerbaijan.
Notable projects include the establishment of hunting farms, development of eco-tourism in specific areas, privatization of fishing factories, fish breeding, and the release of fish into reservoirs. In addition to these projects, both sides are working together to improve the infrastructure of national parks, plant tree species adapted to the natural conditions of the Absheron Peninsula and various regions of the country, and assess water resources for efficient use in reservoirs. Furthermore, technical improvements in equipment for the protection of flora and fauna are underway.
The President’s call for 2024 to be declared the “Year of Solidarity for a Green World” emphasizes the importance of this collaboration. Thanks to these joint efforts, significant progress is expected for hunters, fishermen, and nature enthusiasts in Azerbaijan.
