Buffalo farming
Buffalo farming provides an interesting variety of products. On the one hand, buffalo hide is highly prized for upholstering furniture, high-end cars and other luxury goods. The red meat is highly nutritious and in demand. Finally, buffalo milk has a high economic value both on its own and processed, in the form of yoghurt or cheese, such as the famous buffalo mozzarella.

Goat and sheep farming
The economic weight of sheep and goat farming will initially be low, but it will play a very important role in the territory’s ecosystem. The rearing and grazing of these animals will help to prevent fires by keeping non-crop land under control, clearing farmland after harvest and preparing the land for sowing.

Poultry farms
On the poultry side, poultry farms will be established with a focus on broiler chickens, which will generate most of the livestock income.
