At the invitation of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Kenan Sadigov, Chief Executive Officer of F-Holding LLC, participated in the 2026 Annual Meetings of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group.
Held from 16 to 19 June at the Baku Congress Center, the Annual Meetings were officially inaugurated with the participation of H.E. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Organized under the theme “Regional Integration for Sustainable Prosperity,” the event brought together government officials, international organizations, investors, business leaders, development partners, and representatives of the private sector from the 57 member countries of the Islamic Development Bank.
Throughout the meetings, participants discussed strengthening regional economic integration, expanding international cooperation, improving the investment climate, promoting sustainable economic growth, accelerating the transition to a green economy, implementing innovative financial mechanisms, and enhancing the role of the private sector in economic development.
The event also served as a platform for exploring new opportunities in infrastructure financing, digital transformation, innovation, entrepreneurship, and strategic partnerships between governments, financial institutions, and private businesses.
During the meetings, Kenan Sadigov held discussions with government officials, investors, and business representatives from various countries regarding future investment projects, international partnerships, and opportunities for expanding economic cooperation. He emphasized that such international forums play a significant role in promoting Azerbaijan’s investment potential, strengthening global business relations, and supporting the international expansion of the country’s private sector.
